Are all of your products handmade?
Yes, everything we buy has been made by hand in Mexico. No machines are harmed while making any of our products! When possible, we ask our artists to sign their work for you.
Can I buy more than one of the same item?
We do sell items that are designed to be the same, but no two items will ever match exactly. Since they are handmade, design and color varies from piece to piece. You are always buying a unique item.
I ordered a piece and it’s not the same color as it was on your website.
Pieces do not always photograph true to color. In addition, your computer setup may change how pictures are displayed on your monitor. If you are in doubt about a piece, please ask us for additional pictures. We will be happy to send them.
The piece I bought doesn’t look anything like I thought it would. Can I return it?
We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. If you would like to return it, please contact us immediately for return instructions and authorization. We will exchange it for another piece or refund your money. Of course, if you are returning anything, please pack it with the same care that we use when we send it to you.
My item arrived broken. What should I do?
First, is it an alebrije? If so, it may not be broken. Some alebrijes are made of several pieces. The loose pieces are sometimes removed and packed seperately for safer shipping. If this is the case, just insert the pieces gently into their holes. Do not force, or they will break. If you aren’t sure where a particular piece should be placed, simply call us for help.
If anything in your order does arrive broken, or in damaged condition, please call us at 561-271-1639 for return instructions.
